Although I have tried lots of body moisturisers, I always find myself reaching for my all time favourite Smoothie Star Body Milk from Soap and Glory.
Like all Soap and Glory products, this thick, creamy body milk smells absolutely incredible!! Its sugary, sweet sent of brown sugar, almonds, yoghurt, oats and honey almost makes this product good enough to eat. Soap and Glory have actually written on the label that this is not a food as it literally smells that good. The scent also lingers on your skin for a good couple of hours after it has been applied too; BONUS!!
Although the description of body milk suggests the texture to be thin and runny the consistency of this moisturiser is more like a rich body butter; dispensed through a handy pump. It does take a little time for the product to completely absorb into the skin but it leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft, smooth and nourished thanks to the supposed water lock moisture trapping matrix .
It comes in 500ml bottle retailing for £10 which I think is really good value for money considering the quality and performance of the product. I only wish that it also came in a handy travel sized version as 500ml is rather difficult to take away with you unless you dispense it into travel bottles. The down side to this is that you also don’t get to enjoy the super stylish, fun and retro packaging.
