I had been on the look out for the perfect coat to transition from Winter to Spring that is classic and that would pair well with lots of different outfits ranging from day time to night time and I think I have found a gem of a coat. It took a lot of searching for as there are so many gorgeous coats out there but then there it was hanging so beautifully on the hanger. It is the Ted Baker Keyla Short Wrap Cashmere Blend Coat. Of course you can’t go far wrong with Ted Baker especially a Ted Baker Coat. Every time I walk past their store I swoon over their gorgeous clothes. They are just so beautifully elegant in style and quality.
This particular coat has hit every point on my wish list as the design of it makes it so versatile. The coat is designed in such a way to allow you to wear it like an oversized blazer but also as a waisted coat due to the delicate tie waisted belt to add definition to your waist line. It comes in a few other different colours such as black, pink and burgundy but I have opted for the grey as I felt this colour would go more with my wardrobe. The rose gold detailing of the buttons, collar and sash edges finish it off perfectly adding an edge of femininity and glamour.
If you like me usually opt for long length coats because of often finding short coats awkward to wear with with dresses and skirts as well as trouser outfits then you need not be concerned with this little coat. It is the perfect length. It skims just under the bottom adding length and elegance to any outfit. Can you tell I am in love with this coat?
So, if you are looking to invest in a short tailored coat that is ultra stylish and yet warm to carry you through the colder months then I think this coat really ticks all of the boxes!
